The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure, on a sole source basis, the following items from Northern Neck Building Supply, Inc.: a quantity of six thousand, three hundred thirty-six units (6336) of X 4 X 8, low density cellulose fiberboards, white on one side. The white faces of the fiberboard must be oriented in the same direction, six (6) each wrapped together, in brown paper to form a pack. Sixteen (16) packs wrapped in poly to form a bundle, which makes ninety-six (96) total sheets per bundle. The item quoted must be the exact item specified above; substitutes are not acceptable. This item will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The closing date is 2:00 PM ET on 14 August 2009. The anticipated award date is 21 August 2009.
