This commercial item acquisition consists of furnishing lumber, nails, sinkers, screws, snap ties, and tie wire for fabricating 3 & 6 CBC structures for road project N5000 Two Grey Hill, near Tocito, New Mexico. This acquisition is a Small Business Set-Aside. A fixed priced contract will be awarded. The commercial items policies of FAR Part 12 will be used in conjunction with the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13. The estimated price range is between $25,000 to $100,000.
