Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for treated and assembled crossarms. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. This will be handled as a commercial supply requirement in accordance with FAR 12 and 13. All offeror’s must complete all portions of each section of the solicitation package and must be registered in the databases as indicated on the cover letter to be considered for award. This solicitation will be issued electronically on or about May 23, 2005 on the following site: http://e-center.doe.gov/ Interested Offeror’s must e-mail [email protected] or fax 970 461-7377 a written request to the Contracting Officer to receive the Specifications and Drawings. Project specific specifications and drawings will be issued hard copy. Note: all responses to this RFQ shall be mailed to Western Area Power Administration, 5555 E.
