The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma is looking for sources that can meet the specifications below for a wall signs for the 54th Air Refueling Squadron. All companies that can meet the specifications are encouraged to provide lead-time requirements, product brochures, company capabilities, and any other information that the Government should consider. All responses are due to the 97th Contracting Squadron, by 10 June 2008 1100(CST).

Requirements for 54 ARS Conference Room
We are looking for a material that is three dimensional we would prefer a plaster-like substance, but wood would be acceptable. We need six total items:
54 ARS Patch (Quantity=2)
Approx 3 ft circumference to match the picture attached and coloring to match picture.
97 AMW Shield(Quantity=1)
Approx 2 ft width at the widest point (the end of the scroll) and two feet height with coloring to match picture.
AETC Shield (Quantity=1)
Approx 2 ft width at the widest point (the end of the scroll) and two feet height with coloring to match picture.
Old USAF Symbol (Quantity=1)
Approx 2 ft diameter with coloring to match picture.
New USAF Symbol (Quantity=1)
Approx 2 ft height, coloring to match picture and the following necessary requirements for width.
The ratio of the width of the symbol to the height should be 112%
(i.e., width = 112, height = 100). If you know the width, multiply it by
100, then divide by 112 to get the height. If you know the height, multiply
it by 112, then divide by 100 to get the width.
