Vertical - The storage tank is vertical and rusted out. 2. Is the Storage Tank for Potable or Non Potable Water? Non Potable Water - It's a windmill facility. 3. Does the Storage Tank have a lid or open Top? Open Top, with lid. ALL OTHER ORIGINALLY POSTED REMAINS THE SAME.
