The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of business to provide a second set of stoplogs for the Grand Coulee Dam in Washington State which reasonably match the current set of stoplogs. The set consists of 11 stoplogs, four lower tier, four intermediate tier, and three upper tier.
General Scope of Work:
Fabricate and furnish a second set of stoplogs for Grand Coulee Dam.
1. Preparing required submittals
2. Fabricating steel components
3. Furnishing commercially available items including bolts, nuts, neoprene bulb seals, leaf springs, and coil springs.
4. Weld inspection
5. Shop testing
6. Coating
7. Assembly
8. Delivery
Potential offers having technical capabilities necessary to meet the needs of the described requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement via email. If your company is interested the specifications can be emailed to your company.
The capability statement must include the following:
1) Company name and point of contact information.
2) DUNS Number
3) Business size whether large or small. If small please provide size/certification (to include 8(A), HUBZONE, SDVOSB, ETC.)
