The closing date and time of this solicitation is 25 March 2010, 8:00 a.m. EST. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37. This acquisition is restricted under NAICS code 238390, Size STD $14 million. This requirement is a 100% [Small Business] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids.

The requirements in this solicitation is to furnish and install a Modernfold Partition. The requirement is also brand name or equal.

The specifications for the Modernfold Partition is :

(1) Three (3) each 22-9 x 8-1 Acousti-Seal 932 paired panel operable walls.
(2) One (1) ea. 257 x 8-1
(3) 41 STC Rating
(4) Unitized roll formed and welded steel frames and gypsum skins
(5) #17 heavy duty direct mount steel track and trolleys
(6) 2 automatic bottom seals and continuous contact top sweeps
(7) Standard vinyl finish

A drawing has been attached to give futher guidance and specification for the installation of the partition.
