The purpose of this solicitation is to secure services to supply, transport, and set-up a manufactured home at a site designated by the Engineer in Afton, Wyoming. The house shall be approximately 1,800 square feet and include four bedrooms and a minimum of 3 full baths. All bedrooms shall be approximately the same size. Unique requirements for this solicitation are: the kitchen shall be equipped with 2 combination refrigerator/freezers with a minimum of 18 cubic feet capacity and 2 self cleaning range/ovens with combination hood/exterior vented fans. The home must include 2 quick recovery electric hot water heaters with a minimum capacity of 50 gallons each. One bathroom, two bedrooms, the main entrance, and an alternative emergency exit will be accessible for handicapped individuals meeting the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The kitchen will be accessible or adaptable to these standards. This solicitation will be posted on the FedBizOpps website on or about July 25, 2003.
