Solicitation is an unrestricted procurement using the procedures of other than full and open competition. Non-commerial and not CSI.  The solicitation will result in a multi-NSN Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. The requested delivery is 66 days for NSN 5365-00-768-7737; 75 days for 5342-01-252-3828 and 56 days for 5342-01-416-5512.  Surge only applies to NSN 5365-00-768-7737 and the AMWR is 69.     The highest priority weapon system is 05A and the end item is Helicopter Chinook CH-47 for 5365-00-768-7737. The highest priority weapon system is 05F and the end item is Aircraft Stratolifter for 5342-01-252-3828. The highest priority weapon system is EZN and the end item is Los Angeles Class/SSN for 5342-01-416-5512.   The guaranteed minimum quantity (base year only) is 1,066 EA for 5365-00-768-7737; 11 EA for 5342-01-252-3828; and 3 EA for 5342-01-416-5512. The estimated annual quantity  is 4,263 EA for 5365-00-768-7737; 45 EA for 5342-01-252-3828; and 13 EA for 5342-01-416-5512. Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) applies.        Final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
