This solicitation is for the establishment of a corporate contract(s) for part-numbered items manufactured by Case Corp. The acquisition will be solicited as unrestricted using Other Than Full and Open Competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Currently the acquisition only encompasses NSNs managed by DSCP. There is a potential at a later time to add NSNs managed by DSCC and/or DSCR. FSCs to be covered under this project include, but are not limited to: 2410, 3030, 3805, 3810, 3815, 3830, 3895, 3910, 3930, 4140, 4210, 4520, 4930, 5305, 5306, 5307, 5310, 5315, 5325, 5330, 5331, 5340, 5360, 5430, 6210, 6220, 6240, 6250, 6350, 7690, 9320, 9330 and 9390. An Add & Delete clause will be included in the solicitation. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government.
