The Defense Supply Center of Philadelphia-Land Detachment Team intends to issue an unrestricted (stock) solicitation for 17 limited / restricted NSN?s source to Jonathan Engineered Solution Corporation for various Drawer Slide Extensions, 5340 FSC?s. Offerors that are not approved source must submit documents indicating the material originated from the list on the Procurement Identification Description (PID). In references to alternate offers, please reference DLAR 52.217-9002. The quantity requested will be stated as the annual estimated quantity (AEQ) and will vary for each NSN. Solicitation will include Two Year Base with Three-One Year Options. Also an Addition and Deletion of Item Clause will be incorporated. NSN?s are restricted to the named source because the Government data is not available or proprietary to OEM. Procuring NSN?s under fully competition procedures is not possible at this time. This acquisition will follow the policies and procedures of FAR Part 13.5 Test Program for Commercial Items.
