The IQC will be solicited under 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, unrestricted for a two-year base period, with three one-year options. The procurement is for 17 restricted NSNs. The NSNs have various quantities. Line item 0001 has a quantity of 40 each. This solicitation will be evaluated item by item based on a factor of Past Performance more important than Price.
