The standard NAICS classification is 325211. This quotation incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22 with changes effective May 5, 2004. Pricing shall be FOB Destination (Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, NH). The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to offerors – Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
