Modification to contract SPO500-00-D-BP07, Industrial Prime Vendor (IPV) support of benchstock hardware at the Army depots in Anniston, AL (ANAD) and Red River, TX (RRAD). The Government intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, with the incumbent Raytheon Corp., 7700 Arlington Blvd., Falls Church, VA 22046-2900, for a modification to extend the period of performance for six (6) months. This extension is necessary to allow continuation of these essential supplies until a follow-on contract can be awarded.
