Modification to contract SP0500-98-D-BP03, Industrial Prime Vendor (IPV) support of benchstock hardware at the Naval Aviation Depot Cherry Point,(NADEP-CP), Cherry Point, NC. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the incumbent Raytheon E-Systems, 7700 Arlington Blvd., Falls Church, VA 22046-2900, for a modification to extend the period of performance to 30 September 2004. This extension is necessary to allow continuation of these essential supplies until award of a follow-on contract (IPV GEN-II).
