Presolicitation Notice - Governor Pump Overhaul Kit for G19-G21

The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) has a need for a Governor Pump Overhaul Kit for G19-G21 for warehouse stock at Grand Coulee, Washington in accordance with listed specifications. All listed parts MUST be compatible with the CIRCOR IMO Oil Pump Model A6DX-400P. Kit Part Number 3225/317R or Equal will be accepted.

This acquisition is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 333996: Fluid Power Pump and Motor Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. The product service code is 5330 - Packing and Gasket Materials.

Reclamation intends to award one firm-fixed-price contract. The anticipated date to issue the Request for Quote, 140R1723Q0053, (written) is approximately the second week in July 2023. The anticipated closing date is the last week in July 2023. The anticipated award date is the second week in August 2023, but all dates in this notice are subject to change. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the closing of this solicitation. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site.

This service will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation.
