This is a Long Term, Indefinite Quantity Contract for various Knob, Dial, & Pointer NSN’s from FSC 5355. All NSN’s are listed on the DSCP “Shift to Commercial Practices” Web Site, found at: http://www.dscp.dla.mil/gi/general/scp_ltc.htm ---Listed on this solicitation are 659 “Core” NSN’s with an annual estimated demand of approximately $3.9 Million dollars and 1,972 “Non-Core” NSN’s. Solicitation will consist of one “All or none” lot identified, as “Knob” and all other items will be priced on a line-by-line basis. “Non-Core” NSN’s may be added at any time utilizing an "Add/Delete Clause" within the solicitation/award. All items consist of Source, as well as Destination inspections, Direct Vendor Delivery and Stock Buying terms will apply. This solicitation will include a one-year base term and four one-year options. An economic price adjustment clause will be included in the solicitation. For effective management of the “Core” NSN’s the Contracting Officer may limit the competitive range.
