The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center intends to procure bushings on a fixed price, sole source basis from Fatigue Technology, Inc., because they have the proprietary rights for the drawings for the bushings and tooling. These bushings are for use on the F-18 aircraft wings and doors and are flight critical. This requirement is for 500 each of stock number 3120-LL-ND0-7811, p/n FMI-171-45010-C; 3120-LL-NDO-7812, P/n FMI-171-45020-C; 3120-LL-ND0-7813, FMI-171-45030-C. Delivery is desired by 30 Sept 2003 and required by 30 Oct 2003. Delivery is to the Naval Aviation Depot, San Diego, CA. Commercial procedures are being used for this procurement. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received before 17 July 2003 at 1pm will be co nsidered by the Government for the purposes of determining whether to compete the requirement.
