Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California, has a requirement for a video borescope with simulataneous optical and 3dimensional phase measuring capabilities. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible business whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and provides the best value to the Government.
