The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a non-competitive award to Rickly Hydrological in Columbus, OH for 200 reels with wading tagline, without kevlar tagline. The reels shall be delivered to USGS, Stennis Space Center by 08/13/2008. There are no options for this requirement. Rickly Hydrological is the only known source for this requirement because they are the proprietary manufacturer of the instrument required in order to meet agency needs.
