GSA, FAS intends to establish a not to exceed one-year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for one (1) National Stock Number in the 5180 Federal Supply Class. This NSN is part of the GSA Stock Program. All offers for this RFQ are to be FOB destination. All orders will be FOB destination. Quantities are estimates based on the last three years usage.

This is a Requirements contract solicitation for National Stock Numbers (NSNs) issued by GSA, FAS, Heartland Supply Operations Center (HSOC). The resultant Requirements contract is intended for use by HSOC Contract Specialists and Contracting Officers ordering NSNs only.

SUBJECT SPQ IS NOT SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The Government will make award to the responsive, responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
