GSA, FSS intends to establish a “not to exceed” one-year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for a National Stock Number (NSN) in the 5120 Federal Supply Class. 5120-00-596-8508, Screwdriver, Attachment is part of GSA’s Stock Program, and will be included in an upcoming formal solicitation to be issued within the next year. This is a small business set aside. All offers for this SPQ are to be FOB destination. In addition to the standard clauses that apply to all GSA stock tool orders, the following clauses apply; D-FSS-475 Bar Coding, 552.246-70 Source Inspection, D-FSS-468 Non-Manufactured Wood Package Material to European Union (Nov 2001) and 552.225-70, Notice of Procurement Restriction – Hand or Measuring Tools (which states all items must be domestic made).
