GSA, FSS intends to establish a ?not to exceed? one year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for nine (3) National Stock Numbers in the 5133 and 5136 Federal Supply Class. These NSN?s are listed with quantities and descriptions on the attachment to this notice. The estimates stated in the attachment are only ?estimates? based on the last three years demand. The period of the Standing Price Quote will begin March 2002, and could last for three months or up to one year - but will not exceed one year. These NSN?s are part of the GSA?s Stock Program. All offers are to be FOB destination, with delivery in 30 days or less and a minimum order of no more than $100.00. In addition to the clauses that accompany all purchase orders issued from GSA, the following clauses also apply; 552.225-70 Notice of Procurement Restriction ? Hand or Measuring Tools (which states all items must be domestic made), D-FSS-475 Bar Coding, and 552.246-70 Source Inspection.
