Minimum Essential Characteristics - SLICE NANO BASE+

1. One (1) Slice Nano Base+ is required. It must meet the following characteristics:

a) Must be compatible with existing USAARL DTS Slice Nano data acquisition system.

b) Must be compatible with existing USAARL DTS SLICEware software.

c) Must communicate with computers through USB connection.

d) Must have the following physical properties:
i. Must be no larger than 1.02x1.22x0.26 quote mark
ii. Must weigh no more than 0.50oz
iii. Must have a circular locking, 12 pin NANO cable assembly
iv. Must operate between 30-140 degree Fahrenheit
v. Must be able to operate at a maximum of 95% humidity
vi. Must withstand at least 5000g at 4 msec

e) Must have the following data recording properties:
i. Must have a circular buffer
ii. Must acquire multi-event
iii. Must be capable to arm-on power up
iv. Must have recorder modes
v. Must have at least 16GB of non-volatile flash memory
vi. Must have a maximum sampling rate of 500,000 sps per channel when at lowest channel count (Lower sampling rates allowed when multiple channels are attached)

f) Must have at least the following triggering capabilities:
i. A hardware trigger on contact closure
ii. A level trigger on positive and/or negative level on any active sensor channel

g) Must meet the following power characteristics:
i. Must run on 9-15 VDC
ii. Must have a current maximum of 70mA
iii. Must have a remote power control input for on/off purposes
iv. Must have reverse current protection (ESD)

2. At least one (1) Slice Nano stack cover is required.
3. At least one (1) Slice Nano screw kit (4-40) is required.
4. At least one (1) Slice Nano screw kit (M3) is required.
5. At least one (1) Slice Nano heat sink is required.
6. At least one (1) Slice Nano hardcopy documentation package is required.

EVALUATION CRITERIA:
LOWEST PRICE, TECHNICALL ACCEPTABLE. IF NOT QUOTING BRAND NAME, THEN MUST PROVIDE MECS WITH QUOTE.
