The SPQ will begin on the date of award, and will be for a five (5) month period. QUOTES ARE TO BE VALID UNTIL AWARD IS MADE. The NSN is part of GSA's Special Order Program (SOP). VENDOR MUST PLACE THE SOLICITATION NUMBER IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF THE EMAILED QUOTE IN ORDER TO ENSURE THE DOCUMENT IS RECEIVED.
