A Pre-Solicitation Notice/Market Survey (PIN) is being issued for the solicitation 6FLS-B3-050324-N. It will contain twenty-nine (29) Pliers, National Stock Numbers 5120. This is a stock requirement and items will be stocked in GSA depots Burlington, NJ and Stockton, California. GSA anticipates issuing a solicitation on or about April 28, 2006. The contract period will be October 10, 2006 thru September 30, 2008, with three one-year options. Prices will be FOB destination within Continental United States. This will be Negotiated requirement, definite Quantity, Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment. The Item Purchase Descriptions (IPD) will be furnished in the PIN.
