This Blanket Purchase Agreement is issued to establish arrangements for ordering, shipping, and billing to cover 36 National Stock Numbers (NSN). The essence of this arrangement is that a contractor will be awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement for providing specified hand tools to satisfy numerous small requirements for a specified period of time to be shipped to any destination within the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Price break quantities may be solicited on some National Stock Numbers in order to provide coverage for the small quantity purchase orders. The availability of items in smaller quantities is essential for our customers to achieve their missions.
