NIDILRR is requesting funds to support the 4th Federal Interagency Conference on TBI.
NIDILRR has a history of investment in the Traumatic Brain Injury Model System
(TBI) Programs. The grantees funded under this program are national leaders in medical research and patient care. These institutions provide the highest level of comprehensive specialty services from the point of injury through eventual re-entry into full community life. Through this conference and with funding, NIDILRR and ACRM will provide information to individuals and grantees with new advancements in TBI research and clinical care. Without this funding, ACRM would lack sufficient resources associated with the conference. In addition, the information that this conference provides along with findings and summaries are not found elsewhere, and it is only provided by American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine and no other organization could complete the work proposed under this contract.
(16) This is not a solicitation for competitive proposal. No solicitation document is available. All responsible sources that have determined that they can provide the same services may submit product information and a capabilities statement. The email subject line must reference ACL216660 - 4TH Interagency Conference. All responses are due by March 30, 2018 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time and can be sent to Epe Pacantara at [email protected]. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
