The 6th Contracting Squadron (6 CONS) at MacDill AFB issues this Sources Sought Synopsis for information only to locate sources who are capable of providing maintenance and repairs on Xerox Nuvera 120, Xerox Docucoler 7000, Xerox 240 copier/printer Horizon Bookletmaker attached to Docucolor 7000, Bourg Square Back Bookletmaker attached to Nuvera and Standalone Bourg 3301 Perfect Binder. Sources must be certified to work on the above equipment. This Sources Sought is an advance notice for information and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System is 423420 and the size standard is 500 Employees. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities, and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 2:00 PM local time on August 15 , 2007. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
