This is a requirement to update technical orders 33D4-6-693-1, 1E-8C-10, 1C-135-10-4, 2J-TF33-36 and 33K6-4-1829-1 for inclusion of the ENDAS operating system for the A/M37-T20C Engine Test Stand. The Government does not possess the data for theis effort and sole source award is expected to be made to Celtech Corporation of Carlsbad, NM - Cage 65552.
