All responding sources shall provide a summary of their company's capabilities including vendor's name/address/point of contact identification, past experience, business status (large, small, small disadvantaged, disabled veteran, 8(a) concern, women-owned small, HUB zone small business, etc.) Any vendor responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the vendor's qualifications to provide the service/product. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
