The purpose of this amendment is to extend the RFQ due date to 15 August 2014 as a result of changes made to the specifications and to clarify the availability of parts required within the specifications.

1. Manufacturer C/D had previously notified vendors that the following two (2) items were not available:

a. Assembly Item A100 (System Positive Bus Assembly){C&D p/n 111B.2240.22A or equal] and;

b. Assembly Item A040 (Battery Negative Bus Assembly){C&D p/n 111B.2240.80A or equal Both of these parts are, in fact, available and are required in order to be deemed technically
acceptable.

2. The revised version of Attachment A reflects the change made in paragraph 5. Assembly Item A070 (LVDB Panel) is: {C&D p/n 111B.3296.01A or equal] has replaced [C&D p/n 111B.3296.00A as modified or equal].

3. The RFQ due date has been extended to 15 August 2014 at 2:00PM MT.

4. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
