This is a Request for Proposal (RFP). The objective of this acquisition is to procure Full Vertical Transportation Equipment Maintenance and Repair services.

This requirement is a 100% set-aside Small Business with a NAICS code of 238290, Other Building Equipment Contractors and size standard $16.5 million.

The pre-proposal conference will be conducted on the Google Meet platform. The purpose of this virtual pre-proposal conference is to explain the Request for Proposal (RFP) as issued, not to interpret or amplify the requirements. The goal is to provide a better understanding of the solicitation requirements. The pre-proposal conference will occur on December 15, 2021 - 9:00 – 11:00am PST. Contractors are allowed a maximum of two (2) representatives to attend the site visit/walk-through. Contractors are asked to submit a list of attendees to Tania Ramsay, at [email protected] no later than 3:00 PM PST December 13, 2021.
