The subject requirement is for acquisition of 24 NSNs with various item descriptions and end items. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class of 4720, and 4730. See Note(s): 1, 9, 26. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract for which delivery orders may be placed for one (1) year. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on or about 17 May'04 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. The delivery will be on an FOB Destination basis. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years.
