This is a Corporate Contract IQC solicitation for the procurement of items that are manufactured by Titeflex (78570). The project targets a total of 246 NSNs managed by DSCC and DSCR. The NSNs, item descriptions, part numbers, Annual Demand Quantity, and delivery schedule are available for download under the “Acquisition download” menu item on the DSCC Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) under subject heading “DSCC Corporate Contract Solicitations”. Access is directly available by accessing http://dibbs.dscccols.com. Access is also available via the World Wide Web – refer to WEB LINK. FSCs to be covered under this project include: 1560, 2840, 2915, 4710, 4720, 4730, and 5365. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 1/23/2004 athttp://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp . The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed five years. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 1560, 2840, 2915, 4710, 4720, 4730, and 5365. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
