Notice is hereby given that the City of Saint Charles will receive sealed proposals at City Hall, Engineering Office, 200 North Second St., St. Charles, MO until 2:00 p.m. local time June 6, 2022 at which time all bids for the 1115 N. SECOND STREET DEMOLITION PROJECT - BID NO. 4614 will be publicly opened and read. A voluntary Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 1115 N. Second Street, St. Charles, MO starting at 9:00 a.m. local time on June 1, 2022. The City of Saint Charles hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry, or national origin in consideration for an award.
