The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price type contract for High Capacity Strong Base Anion Exchange Resin as required by the Naval Facilities Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA. The resin for demineralization processing shall meet the following specification:
