1. SCAG is seeking a bundled services provider (Respondent) to provide Investment and Administrative Services for its 457 Deferred Compensation Plan. SCAG’s goal is to provide deferred compensation participants high quality service, education and investment options at a reasonable cost. Additional goals include outsourcing 457 plan investments and administration, providing current annuitants in the 457 plan viable investment options and obtaining computer interface and internet access for supplying and receiving plan data at the sponsor level and participant level. 2. SCAG reserves the right to perform annual audits of any firm selected to perform the work required by this RFP. 3. The Scope of Services describes the services required by all Respondents for Investment and Administrative services for the 457 plan. Respondents must propose how they would provide the services and describe the costs associated with providing those services. Proposals must include any Subconsultant relationship that will provide the Investment or Administrative services in conjunction with the Respondent. Proposals must contain any description of the relationship with Subconsultants who may perform the Investment or Administrative services on behalf or in conjunction with the Respondent.
