Notice is hereby given that the City of Saint Charles will receive sealed proposals at City Hall, 200 North Second St., St. Charles, MO until 2:00 p.m. local time June 18, 2021 at which time all bids for the LEWIS STREET STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT BID NO. 4542 will be publicly opened and read. The City of Saint Charles hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry, or national origin in consideration for an award.
