This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This combined synopsis/solcitation, F9J3RP3087A001, is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005 57 effective March 7, 2012. This procurment is a 100% Small Business Set Aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The NAICS code is 238220 and the small business size standard is $14 Million. Quotes must stay valid for a period of thirty days from the issuance date of the quotes.
