THIS IS NOT A PRE-SOLICITATION. This is the actual solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is G14PS00281 and is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333414 Heating Equipment (except Warm Air Furnaces) Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is a no longer a Small Business set-aside; all qualified offerors may now submit quotes.

Amendment 00005 posts Question and Answer No. 8: M202 shows existing unused combustion air intakes, but stationary secondary louvers have been installed on the outside of these. The stationary louvers are approximately 8ft X 12ft (non-adjustable) looks like building was opened to allow newer equipment installed at sometime. Are you going to allow the temporary boiler piping to go through the stationary louvers? Answer: Yes, the temporary boiler piping may go through the louvers. The contractor shall return the louvers to the original condition when the new boiler installation is complete.
