The proposed procurement is for NSN 4330-01-7992, Filter Unit, Fluid, Pressure in accordance with A-A-50455 DTD 1992 Feb 26. First Article Testing is required unless contractor is a waived source of supply. Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), for an extimated annual quantity 16 each. Items to be shipped to various locations within extablished minimum and maximum quantity limits on an as needed basis.This proposed procuremment contains an option to extend the contract period on or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years)shall ot exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery and past performance. Numbered note 26 is applicable.
