By submitting an offer, the offeror agrees to provide QPL/QML components only from sources qualified on the applicable QPL(S)/QML(S). However, any sampling plan used shall accept on zero defects and reject on one or more defects. NOTE: Sampling for testing i/a/w note 11 is 100 percent selected samples. This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class 4330. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract for which delivery orders may be placed for one (1) year. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on or about 4 Feb 09 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. The scope of this contract includes the acquisitioning for a 1G competitive drawing item. This solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted using full and open competition. The delivery for this acquisition will be on a FOB Destination basis. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period four times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of price, delivery, past performance, socioeconomic, MBA program, and JWOD support factors as described in the solicitation. All factors other than cost or price, when combined, are equal to price.
