May 18, 2021 2021 FALL PAVING PROJECT BID #4239 The City of Owensboro (City) is seeking a Contractor to provide all labor, material, supervision, equipment, construction staking, and incidentals necessary to rehabilitate certain streets by removal of areas that indicate base failures and reconstruction of these failed areas, milling and texturing the existing street surface to remain in place and resurface the streets, all as directed by the City Engineer.
