Solicitation SPE4A6-24-Q-0597, NSN 4235-016689796, SPILL CONTAINMENT U may result in a Large Tactical Procurement.  This is a sole source requirement to BASIC CONCEPTS, INCORPORATED. If your company is not listed in the AMPL a SAR package may be required.

Inspection/Acceptance Destination and FOB Origin is required for this procurement for a quantity of 23 each as outlined in the solicitation. 

All offers that qualify under the terms of the set-aside will be considered.  The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.  The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be on or around March 14, 2024.
