Purchase of a waste water treatment system to replace exsisting non-compliant wash rack at the Kern NWR Complex Headquarters. System to include: a pressure wash recycling system, water storage tank, pressure washer, filter, lift pump, misc pipe fittings. Purchase of system will include instillation labor and setup of the system. Refuge staff will perform any necessary excavation and/or backfill needed to complete setup.
