The Space & Naval Warfare Center, Atlantic, Charleston, has a requirement for THERMO SCIENTIFIC First Defender RMX S1-T Software Warranty Update and TRU Defender FT Software Warranty Update. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract. If you are an authorized reseller of THERMO SCIENTIFIC, you must include a response that states you are an authorized reseller or distributor. The Contracting Officer will verify that you are an authorized reseller or distributor. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes for items other than the brand name THERMO SCIENTIFIC listed in this RFQ. The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capacity to provide the warranty update to the brand name cited above and will award a contract resulting from the attached RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the RFQ and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government.
