Travis AFB intends to award sole source contract to Basic Concepts, GS-07F-9543G, located at 1310 Harris Bridge Road, Anderson South Carolina 29621-3421 for the following item: CLIN 0001: Sentry Quickberns (this product is use for as fuel containment systems while deployed). This requirement is pursuant to Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996 as implemented by FAR 8.405-6(b). This is sole source due to standardization across AMC deployable Unit Type Codes and to comply with EPA regulations and standards. Basic Concepts is the manufacturer and sole distributor of their own products. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Patented inside support strap design to eliminate a tripping hazard. 2. All vertical walls with 1?? hem along the top edge and corner supports are to be extruded aluminum sealed in 4? wide pocketed berm material. 3. Wrap around corners with diagonal weld to prevent leakage. 4. Berms are one-piece heat welded design. Both ends of the support legs must be permanently attached to the berm. No assembly, no removable pieces. 5. In-house repair service using heat seal technology. Field repair kits are available. 6.
