The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City (NSWC PC) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Cochran Consulting Incorporated, 1758 Firman Drive, Richardson, Texas 75081 for the acquisition of forty-one (41) Navy Dive Computers Generation III (NDC III) for Fleet use. The NDC III is the only dive computer on the approved for Navy Use (ANU) list for diver equipment. The NDC III is a multifunction dive computer that calculates diver decompression schedules and keeps track of dive depth, time, etc. It is critical life support equipment. Cochran Consulting is the only manufacturer of the NDC III. Cochran maintains control of the internal code of the NDC and is the only company that is able to provide the Generation III Navy Dive Computers. Delivery will be the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7018. A firm-fixed-price order is anticipated.
