Vessel shall have IMDG certification and crew HAZMAT training. Cargo is containerized ammunition and other containerized ammunition supplies. Vessel must be capable of carrying ~5.8 Mill Lbs Net Explosive Weight. Minimum speed of the vessel is 15 knots.
